1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service set out the agreement between you and Ustaadz Pizza Ltd when you browse this website, send an enquiry, make a booking, hire the mobile oven, reserve a class place or meet the team at a market stall. By using the site or confirming a booking, you accept these terms in full.

Please read them before you pay a deposit. If you are booking on behalf of a group, a venue or an employer, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not proceed with the booking and contact us to discuss an alternative arrangement.

These terms are written in plain language so that they can be understood without legal training. Where a clause is important, it is stated clearly in the section that deals with it. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law gives you and that cannot be excluded by agreement.

2. About the Company

Ustaadz Pizza Ltd is a pizza and catering business operating in the United Kingdom. The business address is Flat 1, 27 Causeway, Bicester - OX26 6AN, United Kingdom (GB). The company can be contacted by email at pizza@ustaadzpizza.buzz or by telephone on +15513327250.

The company trades under the name Ustaadz Pizza Ltd on this website, on invoices and in all written correspondence. References to we, us and our in these terms mean Ustaadz Pizza Ltd. References to you and your mean the person or organisation making the booking or using the website.

3. Our Services

Ustaadz Pizza Ltd provides a small number of carefully defined services. These are weekend pizza nights, mobile oven hire, dough prep classes, topping masterclasses, private garden sets and market stall weekends. A fuller description of each service appears on the services page of this website.

The exact scope of a booking is set out in the written plan that we send before a deposit is paid. That plan records the date, the arrival time, the service window, the menu and the collection time. If a request is not mentioned in the plan, it is not included in the booking unless we agree to it in writing later.

We may decline a booking where the site is unsuitable, where the requested format cannot be delivered safely or where the date is already committed. We will explain the reason and, where possible, offer an alternative date or format.

4. Making a Booking

A booking begins with an enquiry through the contact page, by email or by telephone. We will ask about the venue, the guest count, the time of year and the access route. Once those details are clear we send a written plan for your approval. The booking is confirmed only when you accept the plan and pay the deposit.

The person who confirms the booking is the main contact for the event. That person is responsible for passing relevant information to the venue and to the guests, including arrival times, menu choices and any safety instructions. If the main contact changes, please tell us promptly so that our messages reach the right person.

Enquiries that are not confirmed within the period stated in the plan may be released so that other customers can book the date. We will always tell you before a held date is released.

5. Deposits and Payment

A deposit is required to hold a date. The amount is stated in the written plan and is usually a proportion of the total fee. The balance falls due after service, unless the plan states otherwise. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or through the payment method named in the invoice.

Deposits cover planning, dough preparation, fuel purchase and the reservation of a date that could otherwise have been sold to another customer. For that reason a deposit is generally non refundable, but it may be transferred to a new date in the circumstances described in the cancellation section.

If an invoice remains unpaid beyond the stated period, we may suspend the booking after giving written notice. We will not charge a late fee unless the plan or the invoice states one in advance. All prices include any tax that applies unless the plan says otherwise.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel, tell us as early as possible. Cancellations made with reasonable notice may allow the deposit to be transferred to a later date within the same season, at our discretion and subject to availability. Cancellations made close to the event may result in the loss of the deposit because dough, fuel and crew time have already been committed.

Where you cancel and we are able to fill the date with another booking, we will consider a partial refund of the deposit. That decision is made fairly and explained in writing. Any refund is returned by the same method used for payment within a reasonable period.

If we need to cancel for reasons within our control, we will offer a full refund of the deposit or a priority transfer to another date. We will also do what we reasonably can to recommend another local provider if our own calendar cannot accommodate you.

7. Site Requirements and Access

You are responsible for providing a safe and suitable site. The oven needs a level area of solid ground, usually about three metres square, with a clear route for the trailer. The route must be free of steps, low branches and narrow gateways that would prevent access. If the oven is to stand on grass or gravel, tell us in advance so that a protective mat can be brought.

You must also ensure that the site has any permission required by the venue, the local authority or a landlord. We can offer general guidance, but we cannot obtain those permissions on your behalf. Where power or water is needed, the plan will state the requirement and the location of the supply.

If the site is not ready on arrival, we will wait for a reasonable period and work with you to resolve the problem. Where a delay is caused by site conditions, the service window may be shortened and the fee may remain unchanged. If the site is unsafe, we may decline to set up and treat the booking as cancelled by you.

8. Menus and Dietary Requests

Menus are agreed in advance and recorded in the written plan. We plan dough quantities around the guest count so that every guest is served, with a small margin for late additions. Substantial changes made close to the event may not be possible, and changes to the guest count may affect the fee.

We take food safety seriously. If a guest has an allergy or an intolerance, tell us as early as possible so that our preparation can be managed with care. We cannot guarantee an environment that is completely free of a particular ingredient because the oven and prep area handle flour, dairy and other common allergens.

Our kitchen is not a certified gluten free facility. Guests with coeliac disease or a severe allergy should consider whether our service is suitable before booking, and should speak to us directly so that the risks are fully understood.

9. Mobile Oven Hire Terms

When you hire the mobile oven without our crew, you become responsible for its safe use during the hire period. We provide a briefing on fire management, peel handling and shutdown, along with fuel and a fire safety kit. You agree to follow that briefing and to keep the oven under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times.

The oven must remain on the level area where it was placed and must not be moved without our agreement. You must not use accelerants, burn unsuitable materials or leave the fire unattended. At the end of the hire period the oven must be left in the agreed condition, with the fire damped and the ash pan accessible for our collection team.

You are responsible for any loss or damage caused by misuse during the hire period. A replacement or repair charge may be applied where the oven is returned damaged or requires exceptional cleaning. We will provide photographs and a written explanation for any such charge.

10. Class Bookings

Dough prep classes and topping masterclasses are booked per place. The booking is confirmed when payment is received, and places are limited so that every guest receives attention. If you cannot attend, tell us as early as possible so that the place can be offered to someone else.

Classes involve flour, heat and sharp tools. Guests should wear closed shoes and clothing that can tolerate flour dust. Our instructors give a safety briefing before any work at the arch, and guests must follow that briefing at all times. Guests who arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be asked to leave for the safety of the group.

A class may be rescheduled if the minimum number of guests is not reached. If we reschedule, you may accept the new date or receive a refund of the amount paid for the class.

11. Market Stall Weekends

Market stall weekends are public services offered at organised markets. The market organiser sets the trading hours, the pitch location and the local rules that apply. We follow those rules and expect visitors to do the same. Where a market is cancelled by the organiser, we will post an update on this site as soon as we can.

Pricing at a market stall is set for that day and may differ from the price of a private booking. Payment at the stall is taken in the form offered on the day, and receipts are available on request. Any complaint about a stall purchase should be raised with us directly so that it can be resolved quickly.

Venues and organisers who book the stall for a day or a weekend should confirm the pitch details, the trading hours and the power arrangement in writing at least two weeks before the event.

12. Guest Conduct and Safety

The oven area is a working space with an open fire and hot metal surfaces. Guests should keep a safe distance unless invited closer by a crew member. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Our crew may ask a guest to step back where safety requires it.

We expect guests to treat the crew, the equipment and the venue with respect. Abusive or threatening behaviour may lead to the service being stopped. In that situation the fee remains payable, and we may leave the site after making the oven safe.

If an accident occurs, tell a crew member immediately. We keep a short record of any incident so that it can be reviewed and, where required, reported. First aid equipment travels with the crew on every booking.

13. Weather and Force Majeure

The oven operates in most weather, and a little rain does not usually stop a service. High winds, flooding, lightning or extreme heat may make an outdoor service unsafe. In those conditions we will work with you to move the oven under cover, shorten the service or reschedule the booking.

Where an event cannot proceed because of a circumstance beyond reasonable control, such as a severe weather warning, a road closure, a public health restriction or a failure of a critical supplier, we will discuss the options with you and aim for a fair outcome. Neither party is liable for a failure to perform that is caused by such a circumstance.

14. Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care in preparing and serving food, in operating the oven and in briefing guests and hosts. Our liability for any loss arising from a booking is limited to the total fee paid for that booking, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost opportunity or the cost of an alternative caterer, where that loss could not reasonably have been foreseen. We are also not liable for loss caused by a host providing inaccurate information about the site, the guest count or a dietary requirement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Insurance and Compliance

Ustaadz Pizza Ltd holds public liability insurance for its catering and oven operations. A certificate can be provided to a venue on request before an event. We also maintain food hygiene practices consistent with United Kingdom requirements and keep records of supplier details and temperature checks.

Hosts and organisers may have their own insurance requirements. Please tell us about them when you book so that any documentation can be provided in time. We cannot sign an indemnity that transfers unlimited risk to the company, but we will review reasonable requests.

16. Intellectual Property

The text, layout, styling and imagery on this website belong to Ustaadz Pizza Ltd or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for personal and non commercial use. You may not copy large parts of the site, resell its content or use its design for a competing service without written permission.

The company name Ustaadz Pizza Ltd, the trade presentation of the yard and the descriptions of our services are part of the identity of the business. Nothing on this site grants a licence to use those elements except as part of an ordinary enquiry or booking.

17. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, introduce malicious code or use automated tools to overload the service. We may suspend access where misuse is detected.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Pages may change as services evolve. If you notice an error, please tell us so that it can be corrected.

18. Privacy and Data

Personal information provided through enquiries and bookings is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. The policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and how long we keep it. You can read it through the link in the footer of every page.

By making a booking you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share any guest details you pass to us. Please tell guests that their dietary notes are shared with our crew for catering purposes.

19. Complaints and Disputes

If something falls short of your expectations, tell us promptly. A message to pizza@ustaadzpizza.buzz or a call to +15513327250 is the fastest way to start a resolution. Please include the event date and a short description of the issue so that we can look into it.

We aim to acknowledge a complaint within a few working days and to provide a full response within a reasonable period. Where a refund or a partial refund is appropriate, it will be returned by the same method used for payment. We would always prefer to resolve a matter directly rather than through a formal process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, both parties may seek advice about the options available under the law that applies to the agreement.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when our services change or when the law requires it. The date at the top of the page shows when the current version took effect. A booking is governed by the version in place when the booking was confirmed, unless a change is required by law or both parties agree otherwise.

Where a change is significant, we will highlight it on the site for a reasonable period. We encourage you to read this page before making a new booking.

21. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through discussion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless the law gives you a right to bring a claim in another forum.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in full force. A failure by either party to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

22. Contact Details

For any question about these terms, a booking or a complaint, contact Ustaadz Pizza Ltd at Flat 1, 27 Causeway, Bicester - OX26 6AN, United Kingdom (GB). You can email pizza@ustaadzpizza.buzz or call +15513327250 during business hours.

We are happy to explain any clause in these terms before you book. If a point is unclear, please ask rather than assume, because we would rather agree the details in advance than revisit them after an event.
